As a life-long healer, I offer one-on-one distance healing sessions that draw upon multiple modalities. I also offer online classes and workshops to further inspire these explorations in supportive, intimate groups.
The deepest joy in my own life is supporting seekers in the journey of crafting lives aligned with their own sacred guidance, however it is uniquely revealed to them. We are in a pivotal time and our world carries deep challenges and invitations that we each must meet. Doing our own healing work is the first and most vital step toward contributing what matters most—heal your own life and the world will heal with and through you!

I have lived in spiritual communities, and also had a long career in corporate management. Having lived with feet in both worlds, I understand the challenges of moving between the spiritual and the secular paths. Because of this, I am uniquely capable of assisting you in flowing freely and with integrity between these worlds, especially if you are seeking to realign how you approach your relationship to work and right livelihood.

As an energy medicine healer working within the quantum field, a non-denominational minister, experienced body worker, shamanic healer, medicine dreamer, writer and storyteller, I integrate and bridge these realms with commitment and joy and can help you do the same!
